- Project Leader "Multiplication, selection and registration of local varieties": during 2014 the survey of local cucurbit varieties, more specifically melons, watermelons and pumpkins.

- "Recovery, multiplication and conservation project of local varieties of lettuce from the Balearic Islands": thanks to the collaboration with the Fundación para la conservación de Mallorca, in 2017 and 2018 it was possible to carry out this project, from which some local varieties of 'lettuce that had been lost.
- Research project "Study of the quality of the flours of native varieties of cereals for the preparation of processed products: breadmaking and other uses": in 2017 and 2018, this project was carried out, financed by FOGAIBA, to find out the current state and the transformation capacity of the local varieties of bearded wheat, dead wheat and sheixa wheat.
- Research project "Study of the production and quality of the plant material of local varieties of Mallorca. Analysis of the current market and proposals for the future": in 2018 and 2019 we collaborated with Planters i Ornamentals Nicolau, planters of local varieties from Mallorca, to carry out this project financed by FOGAIBA.
- Research project "Characterization of the Mallorcan white onion and the red pepper": during 2019 and the beginning of 2020 we have been collaborating with this project carried out by the Sant Joan Agricultural Cooperative, funded by FOGAIBA, to be able to characterize two local varieties known for their great culinary use. The files are on the website of the Catalog of Local Varieties of Agricultural Interest in the Balearic Islands.
- Research project "Study for the creation of a quality brand for the local varieties of the Balearic Islands": during 2019 and 2020 we collaborated with this Final Master's Thesis, funded by FOGAIBA, to start the process of creating a quality label for the local varieties of the Balearic Islands.
- Research project "Characterization of local varieties of sweet oak (Quercus ilexL.) of Majorca": during the year 2020 and 2021, and through a prospecting that started in 2019, we carried out this project, financed by FOGAIBA, to be able to characterize different local varieties of sweet oak that are distributed throughout Mallorca .
- Traditional foods. For a few years we have been carrying out some studies related to the traditional foods of the Balearic Islands, which are subsequently published in the IQUA catalogue. We have carried out the various studies on the bunch tomato,the Porreres apricoti bulba rice.
- From the project "Promotion of the prospecting, multiplication, conservation, use and exchange of the phytogenetic resources of Mallorca and their registration in the catalog of local varieties of the Balearic Islands", financed by the PDR and carried out between the years 2019 and 2021, we manage the technical reports of different local varieties, to be able to register them and include them in the Catalog of Local Varieties of Agricultural Interest in the Balearic Islands.
- During the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 we have collaborated with the project "Sustainability on the plate: Local varieties and traditional gastronomy for a sustainable diet", of the organization CERAI. Three informational videos have been produced the ancient wheats of Mallorca, the apricot of Porreres,the bombeta rice of Sa Poblai the caper of Llubí i Campos.
- Research project"Recovery, selection and characterization of the Tramuntana potato": during the year 2022 we collaborated with this project carried out by the Bunyola Town Council and financed by FOGAIBA, to be able to recover this Mallorcan potato and be able to include it in the Catalog of Local Varieties of Agricultural Interest of the Balearic islands.
- "Project for the selection, improvement and promotion of the borratxona cabbage as a unique product of the agriculture and gastronomy of Mallorca", carried out from 2021, through which the variability of the borratxona cabbage is made known throughout Mallorca, to spread and improve the current agricultural biodiversity. In addition, with the promotion of this variety among the population, it is expected to increase demand in all areas of the consumption chain and directly benefit the productive sector.
