You can already see, through the CERAI YouTube channel, the two videos that have been made in collaboration with this entity, as part of the project "Sustainability on the plate: Local varieties and traditional gastronomy for a sustainable diet". financed by the Department of Environment and Territory, of the Government of the Balearic Islands.

These videos deal with the conservation of local varieties of wheat from Mallorca and apricot from Porreres, and that is why some of our associates participate. We invite you to view them, they are very interesting!
