How is it?

theWhite eggplant it is a medium to small sized eggplant with a rounded shape, white inside and out. Very mild and sweet taste. It is used for toasting, frying and stuffing.

When and how is it sown?

It is sown from mid-January to April. It can be transplanted in April and May. Harvesting takes place from July until the arrival of the first cold weather. The sowing distance is 40-50 cm between plants and 1 m between rows.
