The Blue pepper it is a large pepper, with a thick paste, finished in a point and in the shape of three cairns. It is dark green in color when it is not yet ripe, and it is usually harvested already ripe, red or with shades of green and reddish. It is very good for toasting.
When and how is it sown?
The seedling can be done from January to mid-April. It is transplanted in May and harvested from July. The sowing distance is 40-50 cm between plants, and 80 cm between rows.
