Dry drunken cabbage soups
Ingredients for 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of garlic
- 3 grills
- 1 leek
- a quarter of cauliflower
- a small cabbage or half a large cabbage
- a bunch of parsley
- 2 bunch tomatoes
- 1 piece of bacon
- 1 piece of lean meat
- 250 g of soups
- water
- salt
- good pepper
- curtain rod pepper
- virgin olive oil
We put the bacon and the lean meat, cut into pieces, to fry with oil and a little salt and pepper in a pot. Then we throw in the green onions, leeks, parsley, garlic and cherry tomatoes, all finely chopped. We'll add a little black pepper, and lastly we'll put the drunken cabbage cut into pieces. When everything is in the pot, add the water until the vegetables are covered. All the stir-fry must be done over a slow fire, and when the cabbage is half cooked, throw in the cauliflower in pieces; be careful not to overcook the cauliflower, otherwise it will flake off.
When everything is cooked, we will put layers of soups and layers of the stir-fry into a frying pan. Finally, on top of everything there must be a vegetable roof. Just before eating them, you can also add a drizzle of olive oil, and serve it hot.
We can accompany them with radish, olives and/or pickled peppers.
