Review of the exchange of experiences and Local Variety badge

Last Thursday, September 14, the Conference was held: Exchange of experiences of badges and brands. The challenge of the Local Variety badge

This is part of the pilot project "Innovation in the differentiation of local varieties in the local market", financed by Fogaiba.

The day had a first part where the brand 100% autochthonous breed and the work done for the proposal of the distinctive Local Variety was announced. There was a tasting of local varieties that were presented and explained by the producers themselves, and in the second part of the day they exchanged experiences and debated the proposal for the distinctive Local Variety. This second part was led by Xavi Moyà of the micro-cooperative Bauma Other Perspectives.

We would like to thank the Porreres City Council for the transfer of the space and the reception for a number of years now, and the Ministry of Agriculture, specifically Fogaiba for being able to carry out this day as part of the pilot project
