Course "We make artisanal cookies with ancient wheat"

We offer you a new face-to-face course, free and lasting 5 hours, in order to learn the characteristics of local or ancient varieties of wheat and their use in confectionery. This course will consist of a theoretical-practical session where we will make two types of biscuits with ancient Mallorcan wheat. This course is face-to-face and free, and as with the other courses you can also get a certificate of use. Please only sign up if you can attend, otherwise you are depriving other people of a place.
