Bearded wheat vermar noodles – dinner tasting and pairing of local varieties

This year has been a year of celebration for our organization. It's been 20 years, and to end the year we want to celebrate with a tasting dinner of vermar noodles made with bearded wheat.

This is a test we wanted to do to see if this durum wheat, so used in the past to make noodles and pasta, can continue to be used, giving it added value to the varieties of Mallorcan durum wheat. In addition, the noodles will be made with organic meat from Mallorca and we will pair them with different wines of local varieties.

You are all invited to the dinner we will have in Binissalem, Tuesday, December 27 at 9 p.m. Hurry up to sign up, places are limited and you have until this Friday the 23rd!

This activity is part of the project to promote the local varieties of Mallorca, financed by the Insular Directorate of Economic and Product Promotion of Mallorca, of the Council of Mallorca.
