Video Sustainability on the plate: local varieties and traditional gastronomy

You can already see, through the CERAI YouTube channel, the video we made this year in collaboration with this organization, as part of the project "Sustainability on the plate: Local varieties and traditional gastronomy for a sustainable diet". financed by the Department of Environment and Territory, of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
