The Mallorcan radish it has a root with pinkish skin and translucent white flesh, 30 to 50 cm and finished with a tip. They are usually eaten with hot dishes such as stewed or cooked.

Yes sow between August and November. The harvest is done after 40 days. Sowing is direct to one distance of 10 cm between plants. It needs water constantly.
