How is it?
The "De la Puríssima" cauliflower it is not too vigorous and withstands drought quite well.
When and how is it sown?
The planting is done from June to July and is transplanted between July and the first days of September. It is harvested at the end of November. The sowing distance is 50 cm between plants, and 80-100 cm between rows.
