The Christmas cauliflower it is vigorous and withstands drought quite well.
When and how is it sown?
Half-time bloom. The planter is made during the months of July and August, and can be transplanted from August to September. The harvest is done from December.
The sowing distance is 50 cm between plants, and 80-100 cm between rows.
