The project "Recovery, selection and characterization of the Tramuntana potato» This is an Applied Research Grant carried out in collaboration with the Bunyola City Council. Through this, the recovery of this potato and its technical report has been carried out in order to include them in the Catalogue of local varieties of agricultural interest of the Balearic Islands.
