The project "Recovery, selection and characterization of the Tramuntana potato” is an Applied Research Grant carried out in collaboration with Bunyola City Council. Through this, the recovery of this potato and its technical memory has been carried out in order to include them in the Catalog of local varieties of agricultural interest in the Balearic Islands.
