- Responsible for the treatment: Association of Local Varieties.
- Purpose: Registration of participants in training courses and accounting management.
- Legitimation: Explicit consent of the interested person and in compliance with legal obligations.
- Recipient: The data will be communicated to the Tax Administration and banking entities for the purposes of direct debiting the donations.
- Rights: At any time you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment and portability and opposition to the treatment by contacting the Association of Local Varieties.

From the Association of Local Varieties we can use the images of the courses to carry out the dissemination and justification of the activity, in addition to the purpose of dissemination.

The organization reserves the right to modify the course dates for major reasons, and is not responsible for personal damage that may be caused by irresponsible behavior. Registering for the course implies a commitment to attend, and if you are unable to do so, you must notify the Association of Local Varieties as soon as possible and no later than the day before the course, because other people can attend.
