How is it?

theHead lettuce of donkey  a winter lettuce, although its growth slows down in the colder months. The leaf is long, pointed and light green. It closes without the need for firming, it has a crispy texture and the pieces are of medium to large type.

When and how is it sown?

Yes sowing from August to December to transplant from September to January and harvest between November and March. The sowing distance is 30-40 cm between plants.
