In April we brought the grafted trees to #CEFOR-Menut (Escorca), where they must grow and acclimatize, until at the end of the year they can be transplanted into the field.
Part of the trees will be used to complete the collections of Can Pistola (Felanitx), the UIB and the Galatzó public estate, with the different varieties prospected and grafted.
Very soon it will be possible to acquire the grafted oaks, which will first be distributed among the partner people interested Depending on the availability of copies and demand, we will make them available to the general public. We will announce it in our newsletter.
Although our plants pass the relevant health checks, given the ban on moving live plant material outside the Balearic Islands, it is not possible to attend to requests from outside our Autonomous Community.
